Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service and accommodate all our clients, we’ve outlined our booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies below: Booking Window Clients can book appointments between 1 day and 6 months in advance. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 12 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling within 12 hours is not permitted, and a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations You can cancel your session online up to 12 hours before the appointment. However, cancellation fees apply if canceled less than 12 hours before your session: Less than 12 hours = 50% of the session price Payment & Card Policy A card on file is required to secure your booking. No-show or late cancellation fees will be automatically charged based on the policy above.
